Therefore, suggestions for old men and people who have heart disease from expert are that not to take upper limbs muscle exercise such as using dumbbells and chest exercises in indoor activities, a number of whole body activities such as dancing, doing exercise, playing tai chi and so on are not only be relaxed, but also can’t increase the burden of heart.
