Sugar is a favorite food everybody likes, but it is a high-calorie food, which is harmful to health. In our daily life, people who like to eat sugar often suffer from a variety of diseases caused by excessive sugar.

A lack of vitamin B and toxin products are accumulated in the body

After eating sugar, heat is needed to decompose the sugar in body while production of the metabolites needs vitamin B family to be detoxification and finally excreted. Eating sugar excessively for a long time will consume too much vitamin B family, which lead to too much waste is accumulated in the human body. At the same time, because of the metabolism of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism are transformed to adverse influence.

Leading to high blood pressure and obesity

Excessive intake of sugar can stimulate the insulin levels to increase in the body, which is one of the reasons of causing high blood pressure. In addition, high blood insulin levels also increase renal reabsorption of sodium and water, causing the water and sodium left in body. Blood pressure will be caused by increasing of blood volume.
